REFUND POLICY
(For purchases of sunglasses and related accessories)
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your sunglasses, you may request a return or exchange under the conditions listed below.
Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. RETURNS
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it

Include the original packaging (protective case, cleaning cloth, tags, etc.)

Show no signs of scratches, marks, or damage

Have no removed or broken protective films
Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or may qualify only for a partial refund.
All returns must be approved prior to being sent back.
2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

Sunglasses showing signs of wear or face contact

Items damaged by misuse or accidents

Clearance or final sale items

Gift cards
3. EXCHANGES
We replace items only if they arrive defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product.
If you need an exchange, email us at support@azanys.com within 7 days of delivery.
We may request photos or videos as proof.
4. REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
5. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have not received your refund:

6. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We do not provide prepaid return labels.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
7. ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped.
Once an order has been fulfilled, it can no longer be canceled — it must follow the standard return process.
8. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your sunglasses arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos showing the issue.
We will send a replacement at no additional cost.
9. GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a store credit once the returned item is received and inspected.
If the order was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
